Richard S. Johnson is co-owner of Quality America, Inc., a U.S. training and consulting company specializing in leadership, total quality management, organizational development, and train-the-trainer programs. He has a B.S. degree in liberal arts from State University of New York at Albany, USA and associate degrees in business management and counselling from Southwestern College, Chula Vista, CA. With more than 30 years of experience, Johnson has developed over 50 training seminars. While site manager for Summit Technologies, Inc., he was responsible for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and logistics engineering research and technical operation. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), USA.
