Joseph Jablonski

Joseph Jablonski is a speaker, trainer, and consultant, specializing in the design and implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) systems and the application of TQM concepts.
Joe serves clients throughout the United States and Canada in both private and public-sector organizations of varying ranging in sizes. His work has benefited a wide variety of industries, including health care, professional services, architecture and engineering, construction, government, mining, distribution, research and development, and others.
An active educator, Joe has developed, taught and coordinated classes, seminars, national videoconferences, and workshops on TQM, Project Management, Supplier Quality Systems, Competition and other related topics. In addition to numerous technical reports and articles, he is the author of the audio cassette seminar, Achieving Total Service Quality, published by the Institute for International Research, New York, USA.
Joe belongs to the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), USA, the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the National Speakers Association (NSA), USA. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, USA.
