A Team-Based Approach

TQM / Work / Teams/ Continuous Improvement. How can you bring together these individual ingredients into a comprehensive recipe for success ?

Continuous Improvement and Measurement for Total Quality gives you the guidance, tools, and working model you need to implement a team-based approach and improve the quality at every level of your organization. Dr. Dennis Kinlaw, well-known U.S. author and consultant, shows that teams — more than executive leadership, cultural change, TQM training, or any other strategy — account for the most significant improvements in organizations.

Kinlaw shows you how to increase productivity and save time by implementing his successful method for continuous improvement and measurement. You'll discover how to :

  • Use the process of continuous improvement and measurement to maximize your company's productivity.

  • Identify internal as well as external customer and suppliers to ensure satisfaction at every level

  • Improve and measure team development, input, supplier performance, work processes, output and customer satisfaction so you can keep your company ahead of the competition !

  • Solve problems by using tools such as flow charts and cause-and-effect diagrams.

  • Quantify performance data by using run charts, histograms, Pareto charts, and more to measure and display results.

Continuous Improvement and Measurement for Total Quality is your key to understanding the tools and processes for improving systems, performance, and quality through continuous-improvement teams, and help your organization reap the maximum benefit from its most valuable resources — its employees!
