Colleen Burns Inches is an award winning television producer who has worked in Fort Myers, Florida, Washington, D.C. and New Your city, U.S.A.
During college, Colleen had a unique opportunity to study public relations at Walt Disney World, in Orlando, Florida. That experience, combined with her study of public relations at the State University of New York college and her television producing experience have helped her create the concepts contained in this book.
